Neutral Special

This role is supposed to be unique, depending on the ruleset.

“You will become the most famous hacker to ever live, Sociopath.”

Win Condition: Shoot the Operation Leader and become the Neutral Leader or Sociopath Leader, your choice. If you become the Neutral Leader, get arrested, if you become the Sociopath Leader, eliminate all W3C, Netsec, Paragon, and agents.

Day:

Hack Target (Low) - Select a white node and attempt to hack it. Leaves a log.

Unskilled Attack - Select a node, green or white. Leaves a log.

Hold Opsec Hostage (2 charges) - You can write one message to talk to all players in a specialized channel (global Opsec info). This message can appear when you want it tonight.

Hack ROOT Access - Select a white node. If there is no rooted operative or OL, you can hack into root access by trying to hack a node with the OL’s connection and become the OL. Leaves a log.

Night:

Follow (2 charges) - Select a target operative and follow them, visiting them and checking if they left their hideout and met anyone. If they were occupied, you’d only know that they could not leave their hideout.

Frame (N1 -> N3 cooldown, 2 charges) - Select a target operative. Change their role to be anything you want, which they will then have all intel abilities follow that frame. Removes No Dirt On Me and can be used on Agents, making them arrestable. Visit them.

Murder (1 charge) - Select an operative and murder them. Occupies and visits the target. Become the Neutral Leader or Sociopath Leader if the target murdered is the Operation Leader.

Passives:

Unstable Mind - Whoever arrests you gets an extra STING charge. Doesn’t have to be an agent.

Rent Free - Avoid the first arrest attempt and murder attempt on you.
